✔ Our safaris involve off-road driving through rugged country – which adds to the excitement of the excursion. However, because of the adventurous nature and the rough terrain, you should not participate if your health or any pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments neck, or back problems) may be adversely affected.

The land cruiser will be on sharing basis with 6 people accommodated in a car
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet the requirements. Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Comfortable clothing is advised, including closed shoes and trousers for quad biking. Warm clothing is recommended during the winter period (October to March)No insurance coverage for using Quad Bike and the client should sign a disclaimer form /waiver before starting the quad bike tour.

We do accept expectant mothers and passengers with heart ailments, and neck or back problems but alternative arrangements need to be made in advance for certain segments of the excursions.

Cancellation Policy

1. If you want to cancel your booking for any reason, you have to inform us 24 hours before the tour date to get a 100% refund, if payment is made in advance.
2. In case you do not inform us regarding the cancellation of your booking, there is no option of a refund (no show charge).
3. If you miss the tour date and time, there is no option of a refund.
4. If for any genuine reason, we have to cancel the booking, we will inform 24 hours before the tour date. We will refund your payment if made in advance. We do not take any responsibility, and no benefit will be provided in such circumstances. However, we can offer services to another date
